using tetgen to generate tetrahedra

1. edit object and export as .obj file in maya

2. convert .obj to .off format in meshlab

3. open command prompt and change the current directory to the location where the tetgen.exe is located, and type the following command:

4. As soon as getting the following generated files, equipped with tetview we can display the tetrahedron corresponding  to the original obj.
