Edit /etc/TIMEZONE and reboot machine

For timezone details/usr/share/lib/zoneinfo/

问题的关键在于 -8，这是系统能识别时区的关键。beist也好，beijing也好，他是不管的。如果你装oracle enterprise manager，就会碰到这个问题，对于东八区，只有 -8是可是别的，其他的无意义。
