High performance

 

We all know in IT company, people is different kind, different personality, different so much. And how to manage them is always a top question for us. I discussed with many people, and they all believe It’s a project of complex. But with Zhang of CTIT, we talk about high performance, time management, and the situation of the current IT industry.

Developer or Coder Graduate from School, doesn’t accept great training immediately, if happens, it’s short or good training but not for great. These people do not have an overview or the answer of what the IT bring to us. And in their career they would be seeking the answer, some for short time, some for long. And at the begining, they just care about programming language, framework, ide. They won’t move to next step until they find key of that things here just tools for us. We just care about how and what domain of bussiness be solved, but not what tools, what pop framework we got.

Whatever, PHP ? Perl ? Java ? C# ? not matter what kind of language we use , just for the solution.

Frameworks is some architect of fast developing, some good at working view, some good at dealing with database, and even some good at drawing page. They do have theire feature, and we choose right things.

Most developer or coder are not good at planning, even one day job. They have not idea with the process, miss the touching of time controlling, management. Also company doesn’t supply such a training or not put in a important place. High performance would be the key to save both time of us , and the company also need to change the concept of chinese coder, they believe “High performance bring me more tasks”.
