去年有幸在公司一睹侯大师风采，有同事把演讲精要记录下来，这里摘录一份，以常自励之！

 

杂谈——将相本无种，男儿当自强。忠于内心，忠于兴趣，把吃苦当作兴趣。
兴趣/热情——众里寻她千百度。
执着——不信青春换不回，不容青史尽成灰（后二句：低回海上酬功宴，万里江山酒一杯。出自于右任，国民党大佬，玉山顶曾为他立碑而高3尺）。
毅力——人生是一场马拉松，不是百米匆匆（表浮躁）。
专业——为学当如金字塔，要能深来要能广（语出胡适，延伸意偶不是很聪明的人，是个比较笨的人）弱水三千，取一瓢饮（求深）。勿在浮砂筑高台（基础扎实）
用功——台上一分钟，台下十年功。
态度——宁拙勿巧，宁下勿高，宁远勿近，宁繁勿略（朱熹）。超越先天局限，是大勇者。
问道——山不走来，我向山走去。大扣大鸣，小扣小鸣，不扣不鸣（多请教）。
勤勉——读过千赋亦能赋，观过千剑亦能剑。
不怕与人异——The Road Not Taken.
品格——期许自己是“贵族”（扶弱济贫）。

The Road Not Taken

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
