方法一：（一个单词）

引用一个现成的函数：

System.Threading.Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture.TextInfo.ToTitleCase(string str);

方法二：（多个单词）

首先要添加引用Microsoft.VisualBasic，还要添加命名空间：using Microsoft.VisualBasic;
