如果是使用Navicat for Oracle，可以使用无需安装的Oracle Instant Client作为Oracle客户端，该软件由Oracle官方提供，可以自由下载。

安装好Navicat for Oracle之后，启动Navicat，选择ToolsàOptions，打开Options对话框，从左侧列表中选择OCI，配置OCI和SQL*Plus的绝对路径，分别指到d:/Oracle/instantclient_11_1(以实际的解压缩目录为准)目录中选择即可。
