A:

1. 在Manifest, 设置Activity theme 为Theme.Translucent.NoTitleBar.

2. 不用设置layout和调用setContentView().

3. 在Activity的 onCreate(), 启动service(调用 startService())

4. service 启动完成后调用finish()退出Activity.
