中国公共NTP服务器

说明：

NTP，全称Network Time Protocol ，即网络时间协议。通过NTP服务器可以同步电脑、服务器的时间。Windows自带的NTP服务器time.windows.com在海外，经常网络卡连不上，导致时间不同步，还是有必要换一下Windows电脑的NTP服务器。

国内会比较推荐使用阿里巴巴、腾讯的公共NTP服务器，总体使用会更稳定。
