pytorch, torch_tesnsorrt安装各版本匹配

python -m pip install torch2.3.0 torchvision0.18.0 torch-tensorrt2.3.0 tensorrt10.0.1 --extra-index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu118

如果import tensorrt失败，则从官网下载再安装
https://developer.nvidia.com/tensorrt/download/10x
下载10.0GA windows版本

下载后的安装，其实只需要解压
添加环境变量
安装python包
