调用方法:

 formatDate(value, "yyyy") + "年"+ formatDate(value, "M") + "月"+<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"> formatDate(value, "d") + "日" + formatDate(value, "HH") + "时";</span>

或者可以同时获取年月日等等，按照上面的参数传递就行！
