[leetcode] 371. Sum of Two Integers

题目：

Calculate the sum of two integers a and b, but you are not allowed to use the operator + and -.

Example:
Given a = 1 and b = 2, return 3.

解答：

加减法不能用， 猜猜只能是位运算。如果采用二进制，对应的位做加法，需要考虑进位问题。

(1)进位的值肯定是两位都是1的位，于是a&b取出对应的1的位即可；

(2)如果是1和0相加，则是a^b对应的位相加之后为1；

(3)两位皆是0，则计算结果还是0

            sum = s ^ t;
            carry = (s & t) << 1;
