EM 12c : How to Manually add Database Target in Cloud Control 12c

1. Click on 'Setup' > 'Add Target' > 'Add Targets Manually'
2. Select the third radio button entitled:"Add Targets Declaratively by Specifying Target Monitoring Properties" (in 12.1.0.1 this was called  'Add Non-Host Targets by Specifying Target Monitoring Properties')
3. Select 'Database Instance' from the 'Target Type' drop-down list
4. Click the <magnifying glass> icon to the right of the 'Monitoring Agent' field, select the Agent where the database target resides
5. Click the [Add Manually] button
6. Complete the information in the wizard (Name, Database System, Oracle Home Path, Monitoring (dbsnmp) password, Port and Database SID)
7. Click the [Test Connection] button
8. If test is successful, click the [Next] button and allow the wizard to complete
