方便的处理，而不用需求重启数据库或者重启主机那么浪费代价的方法。紧急监视
通过紧急监视，我们可以实时观测到数据库的运行过程中是否有意外发生。操作方法如下：

如上红色框体部分，当我们的数据库中出现Hang故障的时候，我们还可以使用EM12c的"?Emergency?Monitoring?"功能，帮助我们分析数据库Hang的原因。
