首先看一下报错的日志：

自己刚开始是直接复制的pom.xml文件里边的内容到项目里边，报错信息提示的很明确， Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:3.5，无法正确加载插件 3.5,所以换成低版本的编译插件。运行通过

            <plugin>
                <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
                <artifactId>maven-compiler-plugin</artifactId>
                <!-- 这里换成低版本version3.1 -->
                <version>3.1</version>  
                <configuration>
                    <source>1.7</source>
                    <target>1.7</target>
                    <encoding>UTF-8</encoding>
                </configuration>
            </plugin>
