1. 进入http://open.qq.com/，登录，然后点击右上角的管理中心，进入创建应用界面，但如果你是第一次登录，会要求你填写资料，传个身份证审核一下，一般隔天就可以创建了。
填写应用名称
创建成功
重要的appid拿到了，当然你也可以使用别人的appid，但是显示的就是别人应用的信息了。
二 QQ登录
http://wiki.connect.qq.com/这是QQ的api文档，相关的jar包可以在上面下载，api上面也介绍的比较详细。本文后的demo已经有所需要的jar包，不需重复下载。
