11g active data guard实现备库rman备份，这样可以在不影响主库对外服务的情况下，实现数据库的备份。测试如下：

SQL> select OPEN_MODE,PROTECTION_MODE,PROTECTION_LEVEL,DATABASE_ROLE from v$database;
