在IntelliJ IDEA中，通过右键项目选择Maven菜单，打开或创建settings.xml文件，粘贴相关配置后重启IDE，可以有效加快Maven依赖下载速度。

右键项目选中maven选项，然后选择“open settings.xml”或者 “create settings.xml”，把如下代码粘贴进去，重启IDE即可。
