题目大意：

就是两个人各自连各自的点, 不能交叉, 谁连接成自己需要的上下或者左右连通就赢了

大致思路：

由于图完全对称, 无论是哪一方想要完成自己的任务或者干扰另外一人都是先手有优先优势, 先手一定胜
