Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. 出现这种错误     的原因及解决办法：

打开SQL配置管理器，找到SqlServer服务，点击SqlServer（mssqlserver）的属性，会看到登陆的窗口，点击内置账户，下面的服务状态点击启动，最后确定就行了！
