This problem can occur on any platform.
OEXOEORD
Symptoms
While attempting to book an order the following error occurs:
"Order-level sales credit total () must equal 100%"
This error prevents the order from booking.
Cause
This problem has been reported in Bug 3949896
If the Order Header Salesrep field is blank at the time of booking, the error will occur.
Solution
This issue only occurs when the Order Header Sales rep field is blank. It does not matter if the
Order Line Sales rep is populated with No Sales Credit.
Salesperson is a required field for the booked order, so you need to enter this field
before booking.
Ensure that a salesperson is entered on the order header prior to booking.

問題出在:當初設 transaction type時沒有指定 frulfillment flow.
修改後,把舊單cancelled後,再key即可.
