ESXi 5.1安装好后,使用了已经有很长一段时间了,一直都很正常。可是,最近发现,利用vSphere Client打开终端时,总是没有没有办法打开,报错:”unable to connect to MKS:connection terminated by server “。也有尝试将vCenter Server的地址给加入本机的Hosts文件,但不起作用,唯一解决方法就是重启ESXi主机,但相当多主机在服务器上,重启总是很麻烦。偶然间发现出现此情况时,ESXi的很多配置页也无法使用,健康状况无法打开,SSH登陆也无法使用,再获悉可能是由于HP AMS引起的。查阅相关资料,VMware官方也有如此说明:

依VMware官方的处理过程如下:
查找HP-AMS现有版本(500.10.0.0-18.434156),刚才是官方所述的问题版本。
# esxcli software vib list | grep hp-ams
hp-ams 500.10.0.0-18.434156 Hewlett-Packard PartnerSupported 2014-02-10
下载HP-AMS 10.0.1的版本:
HP Agentless Management Service Offline Bundle for VMware ESXi 5.0 and vSphere 5.1.
解压后,获得新版本的HP-AMS:hp-ams-500.10.0.1-07.434156.vib,然后通过vSphere Client 放置于DataStore
# mv vmfs/volumes/DirNumber/hp-ams-500.10.0.1-07.434156.vib /tmp/
# esxcli software vib update -v /tmp/hp-ams-500.10.0.1-07.434156.vib
Installation Result
