第一步： 导入spring /libs/中的所有jar包

2.资源搭建

第二步： 创建springmvc配置文件

内容如下：

第三步： 配置请求分发器  DispatcherServlet(web.xml)

第四步：  编写一个controller  发送请求访问  http://localhost:8080/项目名/hello.do

第五步、避免中文乱码(web.xml)
