To explain how to fix the error message " No matching CACHE element found in webcache.xml for current hostname"

SOLUTION

The message "No matching CACHE element found in webcache.xml for current hostname" indicates that
you're having some problem with your host name resolution (DNS or hosts file) or that the hostname
defined in the Web Cache configuration file doesn't matches with the real hostname.
To fix it, simply follow these steps:
1.- edit webcache.xml and locate this entry:
<CACHE NAME="..........." RACLEHOME="C:\.........." HOSTNAME="myhostname.domain.com" VOTES="1"
CAPACITY="30" WCDEBUGON="NO" CHRONOSONPERNODE="NO">
2.- The name used by Web Cache is the one into "HOSTNAME" parameter.
3.- Check the real hostname and change it accordingly.
