myeclipse+struts+tomcat5.5 中文问题- -

最近在开发一个网站.是一个信息中介.主要内容就是注册 查询 和 收费.没有什么特别的地方.使用struts 1.2 +hibernate+myeclipse3.0  数据库用的是mssqlserver.

 一开始的时候,配置中文老出现问题.比较搞笑的是,网上有的中文问题的情况,都碰到过.这里,自己做个记录.以备将来查阅.

1.myeclipse 读取html文件时中文正常,但是把html文件改成.jsp后缀的时候,读入的就变成乱码.美工在dw设计html文件的时候在meta里面已经设置过编码方式了.   

解决方法:在每个jsp页面的第一行申明编码方式(先用记事本打开html页面,改完之后再改后缀)

2.再eclipse里中文显示正常,但是部署到tomcat里跑起来的时候又是乱码

解决方法:在tomcat的conf目录的server.xml文件里修改加入编码声明

3.jsp页面显示正常的中文由form提交到action时就已经变成乱码

解决方法:加一个过滤器.在提交的时候把编码转换过来.

以上问题是在eclipse所有可以设置编码的地方都设置好的情况下发生并解决.
