mysql5.6.24 my.ini,MySQL 5.6.24 my.ini文件配置（字符编码）

MySQL的默认编码是latin1，网上某些文章说不支持中文。但经我测试直接在Navicat Premium中输入中文是可以正常显示，在Web程序中显示时候却是乱码，所以还是需要要进行字符编码配置的。下面MySQL 5.6.24的配置方式，可以解决中文乱码问题，经过亲自测试，其它版本就不敢保证了。

MySQL 5.6 需要配置的参数相比之前的版本减少了很多

PS:参数[client] 还有[mysqld]中的character_set_server = utf8是新增的，原配置文件中是没有的。
