Hello!
We experience long downtimes when doing switchover to the physical standby database with dgmgrl under Oracle 12c.
The broker shuts down the former primary site (SITE1), brings the standby site (SITE2) into mount status and keeps it there for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, SITE1 is started and mounted and SITE2 is opened.
This situation only occurs when using dgmgrl and only when switching from SITE1 to SITE2.
There's no delay because of outstanding redo apply and the manual switchover with sqlplus works without problems.
The alert.log of SITE1 shows:
=============================

DMON (ospid: 18821): terminating the instance

I've removed and created the configuration again but the problem remains.
I have no idea what else to check.
Any help is appreciated.
