em 新建项目无法登陆服务器,奇怪EM无法开启服务，求助！

开启EM服务的时候，无法启动。本台服务器共有3个INSTANCE，其余2个都可以开启，可以正常使用EM。就1个不行！

如下INSTANCE是迁移过来的，之前系统时LINUX-32。现在系统LINUX-64

数据库：10.2.0.4

[oracle@micsgmm ~]$ export ORACLE_SID=MICSPROD

[oracle@micsgmm ~]$ emctl start dbconsole
