oracle em agent,ORACLE EM agent起步来问题

前段时间有过agent起不来的情况，调整过资源参数就好了，现在又出现agent起步来的情况，请帮看下是什么原因及怎么解决？

以下是起agent时的报错信息，附件为log信息
