Abstract：In this paper, according to the subject in the background of the national economy, according to the various inter-departmental input - output relations departments to determine the level of output to meet the needs of the community. Between the various departments of the national economy are interdependent, each sector is the production of products (outputs) of the sector, but also consumption of products (inputs) of the sector. That each department will be in operation in other departments or semi-finished products After processing (referred to as input) into their products (called outputs), through the various departments were set up to solve the model of total output, to balance the input-output analysis.

The entire national economy, a sector of the economy composed of many organic whole, the departments are closely linked. In order to ensure that the simplification of the inter-departmental communication and inter-related input-output balance, the use of a linear algebra approach to this subject taken by the three major inter-sectoral input-output relations, external demand, an analysis of the initial investment and the establishment of mathematical model to calculate the use of MATLAB on the issues raised by the answer, and model analysis, testing, application of the model and also discussed the promotion, so optimize the allocation of resources to maximize revenue.
