oracle 安装包校验,Windows上的Oracle 12c安装 - 安装程序验证失败

我一直致力于在Windows机器上安装Oracle 12c数据库。我下载了Microsoft Windows x64(64位2.8GB)文件here。

然后我将zip文件解压缩到我的桌面中的一个文件夹中，然后运行setup.exe

但是我一直在收到这个错误，并且无法前进。

- Action:  Ensure that the directory indicated exists or can be created and

the user executing the checks has sufficient permission to

overwrite the contents of this directory. Also review the

accompanying error messages and respond to them. 根据错误，我检查了其属性面板安全选项卡下的C：\ Users \ Taro \ AppData \ Local \ Temp文件夹权限。所有用户都具有完全访问权限。
