php access 留言板,新手做一个php留言板的问题，请求大牛

在网上根据视频用php编写了一段代码，只是链接数据库和编写页面的代码，我用的是nginx，但是遇到了如下问题：

用submit定义了提交按钮，但是点完后并没有弹出添加留言成功，而是打开了另一个网页显示405 not allowed！

在网上找了很多这方面得改进办法都没有用。
