cf计算机中丢失MSVCP100.dll,Program crash because of exception 0x40000015 in MSVCR100.dll

My program crash and error message from event view is as below.I am not sure the root cause because information is too little. I doubt it is caused by memory shortage because I am runing perf test. Does anyone have idea of the reason? Thanks very much
