粪便隐血免疫乳胶凝集试剂的研制及初步应用

- 摘要 [目的]为了早期发现诊断直、结肠癌，建立了一种检测便潜血的新方法。[方法]利用免疫学原理，乳胶颗粒作

为指示检测粪便中人的血红蛋白。[结果]试剂灵敏度4otlg I-n,／g(粪便)，特异性：与动物血、组织、人血清无交叉反应，重复

性好。测定范围：40～8ooot,-om／g粪便 ，抗干扰性能好，不受食物的限制和干扰。对直、结肠癌、消化道出血诊断的灵敏度

100％。[结论]与国外同类产品相比，特异性无明显差异(P>0．05)，灵敏度差异有非常显著意义，(P<0．O1)。临床应用

结果证明，优于联苯胺法，此法简便快速，适于I临床应用。建议应采用此法进行粪便隐血检测以取代传统的化学方法检测。
