manager用户是个管理员，没有操作资源的权限，需要创建一个操作员(ljy1)才能在管理平台创建卷

底层创建了一个卷，没有ljy1之前，当是df没结果

创建了ljy1之后，使用ljy1登陆创建卷，df能出结果
