EMC（www.emc.com）是国际知名网络存储公司，MAUI是EMC的存储管理套间软件，Maui下新组建一支开发团队 staas（storage as a service），具体如下：

 

Project Background
Maui is a project within the Technology Ventures Group. TVG is tasked with EMC internal technology incubation and early productization. It currently has a US team based in Cambridge, MA and a China team based in Shanghai.

Job responsibilities
participate in and contribute to the design of the various components/parts of the Maui product
write design documents and collaborate with the US and the rest of the China team
implement specific modules and functional blocks and become authoritative in certain areas
help developing world-class software by practicing good coding standards, and writing testable and maintainable codes
have a good overall understanding of the Maui product, both technical and business
help managers perform team building, and help train and coach the more junior level engineers

Requirements:
3-10 year experience
Linux kernel development experience

C++ programming

Linux application development experience will be desired

XML

Web Services
Good communication skill in both Chinese and English

Team management skill
