What is the composition of the 1.CAD system?
Answer: CAD system hardware and software components. Hardware is generally composed of four parts: host computer, input device, output device and storage device. The host computer mainly refers to two parts of CPU, CPU and memory. It is the command and control the operation of the whole system and device, logic analysis of operational execution, is the core of the system; software is the core to achieve the various functions of CAD technology, including system software, support software and special application software.
What are the main applications of 2.CAD technology in the mechanical industry? Combine the CAD application you've used or seen, as an illustration.
Answer: (1) two-dimensional drawing. This is the most common and most widely used alternative to manual drawing. (2) graphic and symbol library. The complex graphics are decomposed into many simple shapes and symbols. They are stored in the database first, and then transferred out when needed. They are edited and modified to insert into another graph, so that the work of graphic design is more convenient and faster. (3) parametric design. Standardized or systematic components have similar structures, but the dimensions need to change frequently. (4) 3D modeling. Solid modeling is used to design the parts and components, and the shape of the object is displayed after blanking and shading. It can also be used for assembly and motion simulation, so as to observe whether there is interference or not. (5) Engineering analysis. The common methods include finite element analysis, optimization design, kinematics and dynamics analysis, etc.. (6) design documents and generate reports. Many design attributes need to be documented or exported, and some design parameters need to be expressed in histograms, pie charts, or graphs.
For example, for students of modern mechanical engineering, engineering drawings are usually drawn by using CAD technology in the course
