解决方案：

出现上面报错的原因是没有使用正确的配置文件，更改文件路径即可   需要做的是检查文件路径、格式   注意必须是conf格式文件

解决方案：

是配置文件格式错误

不能出现注释，注释的格式错误，改成
jdbc_user => "root"
jdbc_password => "root"
jdbc_driver_library => "D:\\elasticsearch-6.3.1\\mysql-connector-java-5.1.46\\mysql-connector-java-5.1.46-bin.jar"
jdbc_driver_class => "com.mysql.jdbc.Driver"
