《全日制义务教育数学课程标准(实验稿)》提出在数学课堂教学、课外作业、实

践活动以及考试中，应当允许学生使用计算器，还应鼓励学生用计算器进行探索规律

等活动。《义务教育数学课程标准》也提出引导学生积极有效地将计算器、计算机用

于数学学习活动之中，将计算器等技术作为评价学生数学学习的辅助性工具。初中数

学教材也有相关计算器方面的习题和练习，同时也对计算器的使用提出了一定的要

求。而很多地区的中考中又不允许学生使用计算器，因此在平时的教学中，教师和学

生都处在矛盾之中，不知如何处理有关计算器的相关问题。

本文主要利用文献法、问卷调查法和访谈法，对计算器的教学要求及观点进行梳

理，并对初中学生进行问卷调查和教师进行访谈，了解初中生使用计算器的情况和他

们的计算能力，进而分析使用计算器的利弊，研究克服使用计算器弊端的对策。

研究表明：在日常教学中，教师和学生可以利用计算器这一工具，并应该用好这

一工具，不应由它的使用不当可能带来的负面影响,或它的使用不作为考试的要求就

抛弃它。同时，学生应合理、适度地使用计算器，把握好使用计算器的度。
