Please let us know what do you mean by "the PAS can not be accessed", what error did you find or encounter?

Please send us below info for further analysis:

1. dev_disp/dev_disp.old from PAS work folder

2. entire profile folder

3. dev_ms/dev_ms.old from ASCS work folder( from both 2 HA nodes )

From the message server trace file, we could see the IP addr of 2 HA nodes:

[Thr 140031872051008] 3 : [10.0.234.10] (NILIST)

[Thr 140031872051008] MsHttpInit: full qualified hostname = ASCS-A

[Thr 139922494183232] 1 : [10.0.234.15] (HOSTNAME)
[Thr 139922494183232] 2 : [127.0.0.1] (LOCALHOST)
[Thr 139922494183232] 3 : [10.0.234.10] (NILIST)
[Thr 139922494183232] 4 : [1.1.1.15] (NILIST)
[Thr 139922494183232] MsHttpInit: full qualified hostname = ASCS-B

And from dev_disp, we could see the dispatcher kept connecting to msg server through IP:port 10.0.234.14:3901.

As your system is running on HA, so we should set below parameters to HA virtual hostname in DEFAULT.PFL:

rdisp/mshost

enque/serverhost

Afterwards please check whether ASCS switch over works as expected.
