Maven 的一个问题

这个问题每次重新弄一个project就会出现，以前怎么解决的也给忘记了，所以这次一定要把它记下来。

经常看到的一个问题错误：

- CoreException: Could not get the value for parameter compilerId for plugin execution default-compile: 
PluginResolutionException: Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:2.3.2 or one of its dependencies 
could not be resolved: Failure to transfer org.codehaus.plexus:plexus-compiler-api:jar:1.8.1 from http://
repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update 
interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer artifact 
org.codehaus.plexus:plexus-compiler-api:jar:1.8.1 from/to central (http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): No 
response received after 60000

很郁闷为什么会有 "No response received after 6000" , 不知道是不是连不上网络还是怎么回事？始终也没有找到答案，继续找。。

其实自己也没有做什么，只是在鼓捣项目的时候发现在build path里的一些错误还没有解决掉，于是就把错误解决了，然后上面的问题也就消失了。。郁闷！！！
