0. EOL motor keep on. From busoff to enter deep sleep time

0. bootloader not stable.

1. Diagnosis naming Left or Right, as bsw is not totally finished.

1. find important issue everyday, and check design and provide solution.

2. Powermanager_cfg.c

add a new macro in project_cfg.h, for GWM Right spindle system Hall supply diagnosis.

3.known issue:

a. armed/ antitheft constraints

b. speed constraint

c. VR open when opening

d. only release latch signal

e. PLG status, PLG_InitLearnedSts 5 times 1, then 0

just analyze!!! and have solution in mind so that i am not so passive.

for bsw or movement/position module change, just analyze and see it through!!!
