Linux 使用记1 fastx toolkit安装问题

安装fastx toolkit的时候，步骤按https://blog.csdn.net/LotusWang0723/article/details/78723409

其中可能会出现如下报错

text_line_reader.cpp: In member function ‘bool TextLineReader::next_line()’:
text_line_reader.cpp:47:9: error: cannot convert ‘std::istream {aka std::basic_istream<char>}’ to ‘bool’ in return
  return input_stream ;

make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2

sudo apt-get install pkg-config && sudo pkg-config
