gpresult 导出html,GPRESULT /H HTML report completely empty

According to your description, the command GPRESULT /H Filename.html produces an empty file. Right?

Firstly, if the Operation System is Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (SP2), Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 (SP2), Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2, please install the following hotfix:

Some Group Policy settings are not displayed in the Group Policy Results report in Windows Server 2008, in Windows Vista, in Windows Server 2008 R2, or in Windows 7

Secondly, you should elevate the command prompt to 'run as administrator' or it does not show the computer settings when running that command.

What's more, it would be helpful for further troubleshooting if you could help to collect the following information:

Please tell us the problematic computer is a DC or client. Did other DC or client have he same issue?

What policies have been configured? GPP or user loopback processing policy?

Is there any error message in the report?
