dotnet new console 新建控制台项目

配置启动命令/v \path\to\test.dll

product\Windows_NT.$(Platform).$(Configuration)下放置如下脚本

set PATH=%PATH%;%WorkDir%
set CORE_LIBRARIES=%ProgramFiles%\dotnet\shared\Microsoft.NETCore.App\2.2.0
