Synergy: Share Mouse and Keyboard between Ubuntu and Windows

Synergy is a great tool to share mouse and keyboard among windows, linux and osx.

Be aware of some issues when configuring them.

• Synergy versions of both server and client must be the same.
• Add client name to server configuration.

Add client name to server configuration

1. Open “configure Server…”;
2. In tab “Screens and links”, drag the computer icon in the top right into the grid.
3. Rename the new computer icon name to your client name.
