question about MapXtreme 2005(v6.6)

At the MapInfo website, it says that:
MapInfo's goal for May 2006 is to provide a fully supported version of MapXtreme 2005 that is fully compatible with .NET 2.0 and Visual Studio 2005. This will be a full public release (likely V6.6).
May has past,June has past and July has arrived too.
I waited and waited and watied, but nothing has got
Why does this happen?
Why does MapInfo can not release the final version of MapXtreme2005 that supports .net 2 by the time table?
