nuget.exe config -set http_proxy=http://my.proxy.address:port
nuget.exe config -set http_proxy.user=mydomain\myUserName
nuget.exe config -set http_proxy.password=mySuperSecretPassword

 

This put the following in my NuGet.config located at %appdata%\NuGet (which maps to C:\Users\myUserName\AppData\Roaming on my Windows 7 machine):

 

win10的系统，配置文件在C:\Users\clu\AppData\Roaming\NuGet\NuGet.Config

  <packageSources>
    <add key="nuget.org" value="https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json" protocolVersion="3" />
  </packageSources>

    <add key="http.proxy" value="sasygsha01prx11_p.asnet.accorservices.net:8080" />
  </config>
</configuration>

 

注意事项：

这个http_proxy的配置，也有可能在系统的环境变量中进行过配置。比如git会依赖
