真的是令我最忧桑的一门考试，简直伴随我前半生啊。。。

1、entail：导致，牵连

型近词：detail　细节

英文解释：if one thing   entails another, it involves it   or causes it。

分析：这个词是链接因果关系的：A  entails  B， A导致了B。

例句：

Such a decision      would entail    a huge political risk      in the midist      of the presidential campaign。

由上面例句可以知道，“在什么期间" 用in the midist of，相对于during，要更好点；“政治风险” 翻译为 political risk；“总统大选”翻译为 the presidential campaign。

最后记住，在写作的时候，写一件事导致或者造成了另外一件事，就用entail，而不用cause，这样逼格要高点。

应用延伸：

注意这里president ial 后面是tial而不是entail后面的tail。
