一个BUG导致MMON进程down掉

今天下班前检查alert日志文件，发现在中午的时候MMON进程死了，并自动重启，错误信息如下：

ORA-00447: fatal error in background process

ORA-08181: specified number is not a valid system change number

经过查询，此问题为ORACLE 一个BUG引起，BUG号为：10207092，影响的版本为：11.1.0.7(正是我们数据库的版本)和11.2.0.2
