One learning way to be a team leader or project manager

Some attentions:

1, Try to think about something common, of course, need to build common team for taking these responsibilities. Something can be handling after finish all works, or something should be finished before all works.

 

2, Using UML, using diagrams of flow to make sure everyone understand easier, actually, it's also more convenient for revision if changes happened.

 

3, The quality, also need a senior team to work with this. (also includes some common things, for example, the more convinerent format).

Need to make sure all test cases have the same results regardless are executed any times, not only think about unit testing, but also need to have more thinking about integration test.

If possible, thinking more about how to write unit testing case, before coding phase.

 

4, Create and keep the sample or template in the latest, and make sure everyone know about that. The sample or demo program should includes all situations as much as possible, but not just a simple one.

 

5, Knowing what happened to everyone, so need to everyone's problems, as some kind of feedbacks or share things among team members. So need to have a place to let everyone know what was happened or how to resolve.

 

6, If possible, let the one to do the same type of jobs except for the senior members.
